Please, note that the Consortium regulations are as follow:

1. BOARD
The formula “full board” (a) or “half board” (b) applies for stays of 3 days at least and include:

a) overnight stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner;
b) overnight stay, breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The price of full board or half board is per person per day and includes taxes, service and VAT. For stays of less than 3 days, the prices of room and these of any other service will be applied distinctly.

2. The dates mentioned at the moment of reservation indicate respectively arrival and departure day.

3. RESERVATION
The guest, who has reserved a room, and don’t find it free, has the right of an accommodation in other structure with equal or superior class; the higher difference in price, if any, is chargeable to the hotelkeeper. In alternative, the guest can ask the return of deposit and a further sum of same amount. Accepted the reservation, the hotelkeeper cannot ask for the room before expiry of the fixed period. In case of delay arriving without communication, in presence of deposit, the hotelkeeper must keep the room at disposition for the first day, at last until 8.00 am the day after the regular arriving date. If the client did not arrive or confirm the reservation in this time, the reservation will be cancelled without restitution of deposit. In case of delayed arrives the reserved room was hold at disposal; the hotelkeeper has the right of payment for this days. In case of non-arriving, the guest has to correspond at hotelkeeper the amount for three days, or rather lose the deposit. In case of anticipated departure the client has to pay for the entire booked time. The hotelkeeper can ask in advance the room for reason of police force, image damage and / or for causes traceable back to civil or criminal code.
